We manage all maintenance requests through Buildium, our property management platform. Tenants can easily submit requests online 24/7, and our team coordinates with licensed contrast contracts to ensure timely, professional service. 

What types of properties do we manage? 

We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including condominiums, single-family homes and townhomes. Our team is dedicated to providing professional and reliable management services that ensure well-maintained communities and high quality of living for all residents.

How do we collect rent? 

We offer convenient E-Transfer options for rent payments. Tenants can send rent directly from their bank, using secure electronic transfer, making payments fast, easy, and contactless. 

How often do we inspect properties? 

We conduct routine property inspections to ensure that it is well-maintained and that tenants are adhering to their lease agreements. Inspections occur at move-in and move-out to document the conditions of the units. Inspections will be scheduled as needed in response to maintenance concerns, tenant requests or owner inquiries. 

How do we handle Evictions? 

When eviction becomes necessary, we handle the process with professionalism, and full compliance with laws and regulations. We begin by providing tenants with the required legal notice, such as non-payments or lease violation warnings, giving them the opportunities to remedy the situation if possible. If the issue persists, we initiate formal eviction proceedings.
